Hint how to unlock Sales Navigator actions on plusPlanRequired - #6

plusPlanRequired shared its case with subscriptionRequired and printed only the API message. It now has its own case with a hint, as trialLimitReached does: Sales Navigator actions need a Plus seat, where to switch, and that the LinkedIn account stays connected. Bumped to 1.2.16 so the merge publishes it.

plusPlanRequirederror (annv.*action on a Core seat) printed only the API message. It now gets its own case with a hint, liketrialLimitReached: Sales Navigator actions need a Plus seat – switch the subscription at https://app.linkedapi.io/accounts (Manage Subscription → Billing & Invoices); the LinkedIn account stays connected. Exit code unchanged (SUBSCRIPTION). Version 1.2.16 so the merge publishes it. Companion to flutterwtf/LinkedAPI-Core#589, which clarifies the API message itself.
