Replace the Charts landing hero's catalog previews with a responsive, client-only dot cloud. Five transparent chart layers add depth through size, focus blur, and cursor parallax, with hover inspection on the middle layer.
Add a text-shaped backdrop mask and halo for contrast, a glass prompt button, reduced-motion handling, and offscreen animation pausing. Keep navbar authentication markup consistent during hydration so the hero entrance does not restart.
Validation: type checks, lint, unit tests, chat tests, and desktop tests passed. Checked desktop and mobile layouts, first-load fading, tooltip behavior, reduced motion, and offscreen performance in Chrome.
