WebdriverIO v10 introduces a breaking change requiring Node.js >=22.19.0. Because Angular CLI and generated projects support older Node.js LTS versions (such as Node.js 18 and 20), upgrading to v10 will break compatibility for users on those versions. Defer this upgrade until the minimum supported Node.js version of the project is aligned with WebdriverIO's requirements.
