Adds an optional
plugin.Assessordestination interface with finding types and wires it to theAssessTablesgRPC handler from plugin-pb-go v1.27.24, returning one Unknown finding per table for destinations that do not implement it.Fixes https://linear.app/env-zero/issue/ATH-938/add-the-destination-assessment-interface-and-server-wiring-to-plugin
