Summary

Fixed 2 broken links in docs/cost-tracker.md and workflows/cost-tracker.md. Both used the wrong domain for the gh-aw docs site (github.github.com instead of github.github.io) and pointed to nonexistent paths.

The artifacts.md page has a ## firewall-audit-logs section documenting the token-usage.jsonl file, and network.md covers firewall/network configuration — both verified to resolve correctly.

Note: an equivalent fix was attempted in a prior run (commit 5f0a9fc) but only existed on an unmerged branch, so the links remained broken on main. This PR reapplies the fix directly against main.

Unfixable Links

• https://github.com/owner/repo/vex/GHSA-xvch-5gv4-984h in docs/vex-generator.md — this is an intentional placeholder/example URL, not a real link. Already recorded in cache memory as unfixable.

Other "broken" results

Of the 53 broken links reported by the link checker, 50 were false positives — the checker's regex captured trailing markdown punctuation (e.g. ), )., )**, ))_) as part of the URL, which artificially 404s. The underlying URLs (without the trailing punctuation) all resolve successfully. No action needed for these; cache memory notes this pattern to avoid future false-positive investigation.

Cache memory was updated with today's findings and timestamp.
