Summary

Add a community-maintained Hive issue-triage workflow link to the maintainer gallery, following the existing external/community-entry pattern.

The Markdown workflow performs deterministic admission and runs Hive's classifier before model judgment. It is manually dispatched, issue-only, and report-only: no commenting, labels, PR changes, or merges. Installation requires the companion admission script and classifier; the linked directory documents these dependencies and engine setup.

Tracked by hivecommons/hive#10625. The implementation is proposed from https://github.com/mendezr/hive/tree/docs/gh-aw-onramp-10625/src/deploy/gh-aw and includes pinned, secret-free compile CI and admission/classifier regression tests. The gallery's stable v5 links become available only after that Hive change merges; please do not merge this entry ahead of it.

Could this serve as a reciprocal community link for repositories adopting gh-aw first and later needing a continuous fleet? This does not claim GitHub endorsement or a supported Hive→gh-aw external-host adapter.

Verification: README-only gallery edit; matched the existing community-link convention. Compile/regression validation belongs to the Hive implementation CI, not local runs.
