Resolve inherited public static final constants with Java's inherited field lookup, so
JPEGImageWriteParam.MODE_EXPLICITverifies likeImageWriteParam.MODE_EXPLICIT. Add an ImageIO typestate regression example following the existing test-suite structure.Validation: all 200 example checks pass. Confirmed the regression fails before the fix; independent review found no actionable issues.
