Some IDLE menu bar commands hang running under macOS 27

Python 3.14 and prerelease 3.15 IDLE will open. When you select "About IDLE" or "Settings" the interpreter "hangs" with the spinning beach ball. This requires a force quit.

I can't reproduce this on 3.14 or the main branch, but I'm using macOS 26, so this may be a macOS-version-specific problem.

Thanks for the report. This is a known issue due to a macOS 27 change in behavior that affects Tk. The Tk project is working on a workaround.
