Summary

Pins github.com/LeanerCloud/cloud-commitments-go/providers/azure at e24345ce68f8, the merge of cloud-commitments-go PR #218 ("fix(azure): stop dividing the monthly run-rate by the term months"), so the CLI's Azure flows consume the corrected reservation run-rate.

Rollout relayed by the PR-fleet orchestrator after e24345c merged to main of cloud-commitments-go.

Duplicate of #2142 (opened 3 minutes earlier from chore/repin-azure-e24345c). I independently produced the identical pin diff — same two module lines (providers/azure → e24345ce68f8, pkg → 90e61e668b99 via MVS, aws/gcp untouched), same checksums, full local go test ./... green at 466s. Closing in favor of #2142; my search missed it due to GitHub search indexing lag. Independent confirmation of the pin posted there.
